For local delivery, we deliver Monday-Friday between 2-6pm.

For local pickup, your box will be available for pickup between 2-6pm at our showroom.

If there are any delays or issues, we will send you a text message.

We do our pickups between 9am and 6pm. Leave your box out for pickup by 9am on your pickup date and we will send you an email confirmation when it has been picked up.

If you forget to leave your box out for pickup, email us at help@ponybox.co or text us at 703-343-3657 and we will coordinate a new time to pick up your box.

Yes - 2 days before the end of your rental period you will receive a text and email reminder to confirm your return pickup via our Return Pickup Form. When you confirm your pickup, you will have the option to update your return pickup address.

Yes! Currently we are only delivering to the specific zipcodes in the Charlotte metro area. We also offer local pickup from our Plaza Midwood showroom.

If you live outside of Charlotte, ww offer shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping orders to arrive.

We will deliver and pick up your box from your apartment's leasing office. If the leasing office is closed, your driver will communicate with you to determine the best pickup/delivery location.

Select 'store pickup' on the cart page and select your preferred pickup date.

Your box will be available for pickup between 2-6pm on your selected pickup date.

You'll up your box from our showroom at 1110 Morningside Dr Suite A Charlotte NC 28205 and return it to the same address at the end of your rental period.

Deliveries:

Monday-Friday between 2pm-6pm.

Choose your delivery date up to 7 days in advance, order by 12pm for same day delivery.

Pickups:

9am-6pm on the last day of your rental period

Sizing

If any of the items you receive do not fit, you have the option to return them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a refund minus the $6 delivery fee. Email us at help@ponybox.co to initiate a return.

Additionally if you are between sizes, you can request an extra size of an item free of charge. Just let us know the desired size and style in the order notes of your order and we will accommodate your request based on availability.

If a size of an item is listed on our website as "Currently being rented", that means all items in that size are out for rental. Once a size sells out, we will remove it from our website. We recommend subscribing to our back in stock notifications to be notified when your size is back in stock!

Rental Period

Your rental period begins the day your order is delivered. Ex. if your order is delivered on a Friday, your rental period begins on that Friday.

Your rental period ends one-week or two-weeks from the day your order is delivered (depending on which type of rental period you selected).

For one-week rentals, if your order is delivered on a Friday it will be picked up on the following Friday.

For two-week rentals, if your order is delivered on a Friday, it will be picked up two weeks from that Friday.

Yes! Use the scheduling button on the cart page to schedule your rental up to 7 days in advance.

If you'd like to extend your rental period by an additional week, let us know within 48 hours of the end of your rental period when you fill out the Return Pickup Form.

You will be charged the difference between the one-week and two-week rental price. Ex. if the one-week rental price is $12 and the two-week rental price is $15, you will be charged $3 to extend for an additional week.

Sometimes you love something so much you don't want to give it back :) If you want to keep an item, you'll pay the difference between the rental price and the 'Buy' price. Ex. if you paid $10 to rent a dress and the 'Buy' price is $50, you'd pay the remaining $40 to keep the dress.

If you're keeping ALL of the items in your order, let us know when you fill out the Return Pickup Form and we will go ahead and cancel your pickup appt and charge you for the item(s). you kept.

If you're keeping SOME of the items in your order, simply keep them and we will charge you for what is missing once we complete your pickup.

Yes! You can order a one-week rental item and a two-week rental item in the same order. You will receive two different pickup dates for each order after you complete checkout.

Cleaning

Did you know that most items labeled 'dry clean only' don't actually have to be dry cleaned? That's right! Our in-house certified cleaning team wet-cleans (i.e. use a normal washing machine) for all of our items with sustainable, non-toxic products from The Laundress.

We treat all stains (from wine to crayons and everywhere in between) and mend most rips and tears. All garments go through a rigorous, multi-step inspection and cleaning process in between rentals to ensure that they look good as new!

Nope! All items are washed/dry cleaned, steamed, and spot treated between rentals so you do not need to wash your items (although you are more than welcome to if you'd like, we just ask that you follow the care instructions on the label).
