If a size of an item is listed on our website as "Currently being rented", that means all items in that size are out for rental. Once a size sells out, we will remove it from our website. We recommend subscribing to our back in stock notifications to be notified when your size is back in stock!

We will start sending you email and text message reminders to fill out our Return Pickup Form starting 48 hours before your rental period is up.

Once you complete our Return Pickup form, you will receive a Google calendar invite for your return pickup window.

Nope! All items are washed/dry cleaned, steamed, and spot treated between rentals so you do not need to wash your items (although you are more than welcome to if you'd like, we just ask that you follow the care instructions on the label).

You can extend your rental period for a fee of $5 a week. Email us at help@ponybox.co or text us at 703-343-3657 before your rental period is over.

We're currently working on an option to include extra sizes in your order, but until that is rolled out, you can request an extra size for an item free of charge. Just let us know the desired size and style in the order notes of your order.

Due to our rental model, we do not accept returns for items purchased. We suggest reting an item if you're unsure about it first.

Local Orders (CLT Metro Area)

Yes! Use the scheduling button on the cart page to schedule your rental up to 7 days in advance.

Your rental period begins the day your order is delivered and lasts one week. Ex. if your order is delivered on a Friday, your rental period ends the following Friday.

On the cart page, there is an option to select your preferred delivery window and we will do our best to deliver your order during that window. If there are any delays or issues, we will send you a text message.

48 hours before the end of your rental period you will receive a link via email to fill out our Return Pickup Form. This form helps us coordinate your pickup.

Once you complete the form, you will receive a Google calendar invite detailing your return pickup window. Leave your box out at the beginning of your pickup window and we will send you an email notification once it has been picked up.

If you forget to leave your box out for pickup, email us at help@ponybox.co or text us at 703-343-3657 and we will coordinate a new time to pick up your box.

We will send you an updated link to check out for any items you decide to keep. You will be charged the difference between the rental price and the price to buy.

Shipping Orders (Outside of CLT Metro)

Due to current technology limitations, we currently do not have the option to schedule rentals ahead of time for shipping orders. Once you place an order, your box will be shipped out within 24 hours and will take 2-3 business days to arrive to you. Your rental period begins the day your box is delivered.

For shipping orders, your rental period begins the day your order is delivered. Most orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.

You will get reminder texts and emails starting 48 hours before the end of your rental period. Let us know

Your box will come with a pre-paid return label. Place the return label on the outside of the box and drop the box off at a USPS shipping location on the last day of your rental period.
