Returns

Sizing is hard, we get it. If you receive an item and it doesn't fit, you have the option to bring it back to us by 6pm the next day for a refund less the $6 delivery fee. For example, if you received a delivery on a Thursday afternoon, you have until that Friday at 6pm to return your items. To initiate a return, email us at help@ponybox.co.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please contact us immediately at help@ponybox.co or call/text 703-343-3657 if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly for items that you kept, please contact us at help@ponybox.co. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
