Given our one-week rental period for all items, all sales are final and we do not accept any returns.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 703-343-3657 if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly for items that you kept, please contact us at email@example.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
